Aii's certified Pharmacist, Jim Ruster, R.Ph., assists us with the Pharmacist selection process. He also screens the candidates through various telephone interviews.

Mr. Ruster has developed a sample FPGEE test, which is administered to all pharmaceutical candidates in their country of origin. The candidates who pass FPGEE and the required English examinations are referred to our clients.

Aii personnel travel overseas and personally interview all pharmaceutical candidates to verify they not only posses the required skills, but also have effective communication skills, and a pleasant demeanor, such attributes are crucial to a candidate's success.
