Our consultant, Jim Ruster, R.Ph., assists us with the Pharmacist selection process. He also assisted in developing a sample 100-question FPGEE (Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Examination).
The candidates who pass our sample FPGEE with high scores, usually pass the official FPGEE test in the United States. Our sample FPGEE test eliminates the cost of bringing unqualified Pharmacists to the United States and sending them back to their original country if they do not pass the official FPGEE test. Our sample FPGEE test saves time and money.
We create a psychological profile of each Pharmacist candidate during the interview process An emphasis is given to having a good personality with proficiency in the English language. It is important that our Pharmacists are always polite and are able to effectively communicate with each patient and doctor. All of our Pharmacists must pass TOEFL/IBT (Test Of English as a Foreign Language), which includes comprehension, writing skills and speech.
We have signed agreements to recruit Pharmacists with U.S. companies such as the Kmart Corporation.
