Kristy Uddin, OTR, our consultant licensed Occupational Therapist, assists us with Occupational Therapists. We have developed a series of questions for prospective Occupational Therapists, which helps us assess the clinical knowledge of the potential candidates.
The Occupational Therapist candidates must pass the required NBCOT and it's requirements. We also require our candidates to be proficient in the English language and to have passed the TOEFL/CBT English examination.
We conduct face to face interviews with Occupational Therapist candidates. Only those candidates who are personable and who demonstrate a positive attitude are selected.
