Aii employs and recruits engineers from a multitude of disciplines, such as Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering and Hi-Tech Engineering, etc.

Our professionals such as Dr. S. Kaifi, Ph.D. screens and selects candidates based on individual client requirements.

The resumes of the selected engineers are sent to our clients for telephone interviews and selection. The representatives of clients are invited to visit and personally interview selected candidates. We travel overseas with our clients and assist them with interviewing candidates. If any of our clients does not wish to visit overseas, our personnel travel to the countries of selected candidates and personally interview them to make a final selection for that client.

Aii assisted World Wide Packets in selecting Hi-Tech Engineers. The Vice President of Engineering at World Wide Packets wrote, "Our recruiting trip to India was a great success due to (Aii's) invaluable participation". World Wide Packets is a major organization as its previous companies were sold to Alcatel of France and Cisco Systems of California for about four hundred fifty million ($450,000,000.00) dollars.
