We recruit Engineers of various fields, such as Civil, Structural, Electrical, Electronic, Computer and Mechanical to name a few. We have an Engineer on our staff who screens the resumes of our engineering candidates. The resumes of selected Engineers are sent to our clients for telephone interviews and selection.
Our clients are invited to visit and personally interview the selected candidates. If our client does not wish to travel overseas, our people will personally interview the candidates to make a final selection.
We have assisted World Wide Packets in selecting Hi-Tech Engineers from India. The Vice President of Engineering of World Wide Packets corporate headquarters in Spokane, Mr Don Douglas, wrote "Our recruiting trip to India was a great success due to Aii's (our) invaluable participation.
